What We Do
At Branch Out, we make conservation accessible, adventurous, and
community-driven. Our vision is a thriving, diverse, and self-sustaining youth-led community dedicated to protecting the environment, empowering youth, and fostering a connection with nature while uplifting local communities.
We do this through:
🌍Hands-on Conservation Projects – Join vegetation restoration projects, cleanups, graffiti removal, snare patrols & more.
🌱 Adventures in Nature – Hikes, outdoor workshops, and immersive experiences.
🤝 Being Community First – Opportunities to meet like-minded people & create real impact.
Why It Matters
Conservation is about connection: to nature, to each other, to our future. At Branch Out, we believe that empowering young people with knowledge and skills doesn’t just change their futures—it creates a lasting, positive impact on the environment.
Our events aren’t just about volunteering; they’re about empowerment, education, and action. When youth develop confidence, leadership, and critical skills, we’re building a movement where young people take the lead in shaping a more sustainable future.
Our mission is to empower young people (18+) to connect with nature and make a tangible impact on their environment through meaningful conservation adventures.

Why We Keep branching out
“Nothing short of an amazing
opportunity to connect with
nature & people . I am feeling
rooted & excited for more
events to meet with like
minded individuals. My first
event with Branch Out was
incredible”
“This group is something
special. I'm so grateful to
have been apart of it and
I'm looking forward to all
the adventure it will
bring“
"It was honestly one of the
best experiences of my life. I
loved that it was so well
organised. We felt hosted,
guided and held by our
facilitators - but we were also
treated as independent
adults and given a lot of time
and space to do our own
things.”
